Benchmark Digital CEO Declared a Winner at the Cincinnati Business Courier 2021 C-Suite Awards

Cincinnati, OH, September 14, 2021- Benchmark Digital Partners, a cloud-based Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) software solutions provider, is proud to announce their Founder and CEO, R. Mukund, has been declared a winner in the Cincinnati Business Courier’s 2021 C-Suite awards for the Chief Executive Officer – small private company category. Honoring excellence among C-level executives across Greater Cincinnati’s businesses and non-profits for their seventh year running, the program awarded Mukund from among 52 finalists in nine categories.  

Having been a finalist in the 2016, 2019, and 2020 C-Suite Awards, Mukund’s 2021 win comes following a challenging 2020 pandemic year where he led the Benchmark community to rapidly implement innovative strategies to meet subscribers’ immediate health and safety compliance needs. What started with Benchmark hosting a workgroup to devise and share Covid19 risk mitigation and management strategies, resulted in their Pandemic Response Modules emerging directly from participants’ recommendations in the forum.  

Championing an innovative, self-driven, and fast-paced workplace, Mukund led his team to collaborate with subscribers in real-time, successfully building pandemic management solutions from scratch and working quickly to fix any issues overnight. In about six weeks, many subscribers deployed the module to track the spread of Covid19 among their workforce and exhibit compliance with OSHA and other employee health and safety protocols.    

Additionally, under Mukund’s leadership, the organization has shown commendable three-year revenue growth of 71%, appearing on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing private companies in America for a second year in a row, ranking No. 4169 in 2021. Committed to sustainable growth, Mukund has guided his organization through a rebrand from Gensuite LLC to Benchmark Digital Partners, catering to the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals of organizations worldwide.   

When asked to describe his next big personal goal, Mukund commented to Cincinnati Business Courier, “To extend the business transformation we initiated toward the end of 2020 to leverage our two decades of experience in establishing digital management systems for environmental, health, and safety (EHS) to the broader construct of environmental, social and governance (ESG) and to helping organizations implement sustainable business practices globally.”
