CINCINNATI, Ohio – Benchmark ESG™ | Gensuite® received recognition as a market-leader among EHS software providers in the 2020 Verdantix Global Corporate Survey: EHS Software Brands Recognition Report. Verdantix reported that Gensuite ranked second among 37 software provider firms, receiving brand preference recognition from over 30 percent of global respondents for the ability to deliver strong and market-leading capabilities, with 54 percent referencing brand awareness of Gensuite’s capabilities as an EHS software provider.
Verdantix, an independent research and consulting firm, has a strong focus on innovative technologies that optimize business operations, largely within environmental, health and safety sectors. For this Brand Recognition Report, Verdantix researchers interviewed 301 executives, across 25 industries and 31 countries to understand brand preference and perception amongst product compliance and regulatory content firms. 73 percent of respondents were from global organizations with revenues greater than $1 billion, with over two-thirds in director-level positions or above with direct responsibility for their organization’s EHS management strategies and initiatives.
The survey results reaffirm the commitment of Benchmark ESG™ | Gensuite® (rebranded as of January 2021) to innovation, leading-edge technology adoption, and continuous improvement. In 2020, the company continued to expand capabilities of its collaboration-driven, best-practice digital transformation solutions platform despite the challenges surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic. Beginning in early March of 2020, a Covid-19 Executive Collaboration Workgroup was initiated, with the objective of bringing together subscriber and partner communities to share regulatory guidelines & updates, ongoing challenges, best practices, and key learnings. These discussions led to the development and enhancement of Benchmark ESG™ | Gensuite® ’s solutions to provide tools and resources to help subscribers address new business risks and operational drivers, including the Pandemic Event Response module that focused on workplace risk mitigation and safety.
Other application developments, U Connect and My LMS, enable real-time remote collaboration and VR-ready training, demonstrating how the Benchmark Team (formerly Gensuite Team) worked diligently to align their roadmap initiatives and product development to meet the immediacy of Covid-19 workplace risk management. The company experienced their strongest new subscriber year ever in 2020, introducing 50+ new subscribers to the platform, and enabling them to build new partnerships as well as enhance solution implementation.
