Natasha Porter, Chief Customer Officer at Benchmark Digital Partners, Recognized by Environment+Energy Leader on the 100 Honoree List of 2021

Cincinnati, OH, November 29, 2021— Natasha Porter, Chief Customer Officer at Benchmark Digital Partners, a cloud-based Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) software solutions provider, has been recognized by Environment+Energy Leader in their 100 Honorees list of 2021.

Natasha has over 20 years of experience and leadership as an EHS practitioner and in the digital solution space, formerly with General Electric Company as a Compliance Assurance Manager, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and Program Manager and now leading Benchmark’s customer success efforts.  Her history of leading large organizational compliance and regulatory-based digital initiatives for diverse global customers has been key in her career and her current role.

Natasha currently leads a cross-functional team in the advancement and adoption of AI/ML technologies in an effort to disrupt the way technology is applied to safety in the workplace. The thesis of this workgroup is that with AI, ML and natural language processing, operations and safety teams can expedite what can often be a time-consuming manual identification process to determine if an incident could have been more severe. The Potentially Serious Incident (PSI) AI Advisor solution developed from this work leverages a Benchmark Data Ocean comprised of 68,000+ serious injuries and fatalities from publicly available sources to enhance traditional event and incident investigation with machine learning to identify and prioritize activities and scenarios that have the greatest potential to lead to a more severe incident which might have otherwise been missed.   With an 85% or greater accuracy, this new AI solution provides occupational safety leaders with focused areas for improvement, deep operational understanding of associated risks, and actionable insights to proactively improve the safety of their workforce.
